"Like other 1 star reviews on here, her office personal are not the problem. Kim is unboundly rude and inconsiderate. If it wasn't for the heartwarming people in her office like Janice, I would have left state farm a years ago. Kim is not forthcoming with all information. She is also not upfront about all available discounts for her clients. I called one time about insuring a hot tub under my home policy and she said " just buy a new one " as if they aren't 10,000 dollars. She withheld information about discounts on my Auto Policy and much more. I could give examples for days. I left state farm and the 1 policy that I did keep with SF I moved to a different agent. Would highly recommend finding a different agent and saving yourself headaches dealing with her."

"These pictures result from a hailstorm that happened in the fall of 23. State Farm sent an adjuster to look over the house, and a manager showed up. The adjuster was there first, talking to us and being friendly. When the manager showed up, the adjuster didn't speak to us again, and the manager fought the roofing contractor on every point. We were told that the shingles were defective. They were only three years old. Everyone around our house received a new roof because of the same storm that did this to our roof. When we talked with the agent, she said she was laboring over helping us. They had at least seven meetings with corporate. They were in our corner. I asked why it took us so long to learn that. Also, when she pulled up the pictures, she told us it looked like there could've been vandalism.... VANDALISM. Unbelievable..... Our next step is to go to the MN Department of Commerce to see if we can overturn this."
